Q&A’S!
Q: It’s my first time, what can I expect?
A: Upon Arrival you will be greated. A intake form will be filled out regarding your health history. We’ll discuss any concerns or questions you may have, as well as the focused areas and goals of your personalized session. After your intake form, the therapist will ask you to undress to your comfort level. You will be properly covered and professionally draped at all times. The therapist will only drape the areas that is being worked on. What ever clothing that is left on, may result in residue from the massage product used. Your therapist will then instruct you to lay under the covers, starting with your face up facing the ceiling. If you ever feel uncomfortable, need the temperature adjusted, need to blow your nose, or you need to use the restroom during your session feel free to let your therapist know! Before the massage session, your therapist will step out to wash their hands, and knock and ask before stepping back in. During your massage session your therapist will be checking in on you regularly. After the massage session the therapist will instruct you to get up slowly while they step out, give you time to dress, and the therapist goes wash their hands.
Q: Do I have to fully undress?
A: No! Massage Therapist’s are trained to work on top of clothing!
